  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact.

  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
